What Our Full Service Includes
A full service is the most comprehensive care we offer for your watch. For mechanical watches this involves complete disassembly of the movement, ultrasonic cleaning of each component, replacement of worn gaskets and lubrication with oils appropriate for the movement type. We then reassemble, adjust and test the watch for accuracy.
Every service includes a water resistance check. We replace all case gaskets—crown, case-back and crystal when applicable—to ensure your watch remains protected. For watches with a screw-down crown we also service the crown seal.
We polish cases and bracelets with care. For vintage watches we preserve original finishes where possible; aggressive polishing can remove valuable patina. We discuss your preferences before any work begins.
Quartz watches can also benefit from a full service. Beyond battery replacement we clean the movement, replace gaskets and check for any signs of moisture or damage. A quartz movement that has been running for years may accumulate dust or debris; a service can restore reliable timekeeping.
We provide a free no-obligation quote before any work begins. We explain what we recommend and why, and we never recommend unnecessary repairs. Our 12-month warranty on all repair work gives you peace of mind.
